Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd Rights Issue 2026

Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd has announced a Rights Issue comprising 1.37 crore equity shares, aggregating to approximately ₹48.99 crore, offered at an issue price of ₹35.87 per share, including a face value of ₹10 per share.

The record date for determining eligible shareholders is January 23, 2026, and the Rights Issue is offered in the entitlement ratio of 5:1, allowing eligible shareholders to apply for five equity shares for every one equity share held as on the record date.

As per the terms of payment, the entire issue price is payable at the time of application.
